I've stayed in Shrewsbury for quite a bit and one of my best mates is from there. I will have to ask her about these! I miss the irani cafes back home.
I have to agree with you, even though the food over there might not be the best..it's the memories of the times we spent there as kids eating biscuits with chai on a lazy Sunday morning that sustains these joints.
And as for the dry bun, next time you go, ask them for extra 'maska'. You might get a few dirty looks from the waiter but in return you'll get a bun dripping with butter :)Chaitalihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17753400449763347649noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8708068554052819005.post-40099011634008208262010-01-26T02:49:12.650+08:002010-01-26T02:49:12.650+08:00Hi!

I have also heard stories about the divide between the rich and poor and some people have said that in some parts you can see some of the most beautiful places in the world and in others, absolute poverty. Oh well... one thing though - I do love Indian food. Are you going to show us more?? :)Trissahttp://trissalicious.comnoreply@blogger.com
